DopeBoo offers free shipping on all orders $25+ within the continental United States. We ship via USPS, Fedex and UPS. Orders with Free Shipping are sent via USPS 1st Class, and typically arrive within 5-7 business days (after the date the order was placed). If you pay an additional fee for expedited shipping, we’ll refund your shipping cost if the order doesn’t arrive within the guaranteed time-frame (not including the business day the order was placed).
International Orders: International Shipping rates start at $19.95 for International First Class, and $29.95 for International Priority Mail.
We do ship our orders usually within 1-3 business days from when we receive the order, expedited shipping orders are shipped that day or the following business day when possible. If for any reason we’re unable to meet this processing timeline, we’ll contact you with an update. Orders are shipped on weekdays, Monday through Friday. We don’t ship on Saturday or Sunday, so an order placed after 1pm CST on Friday will not be reviewed until Monday.
Please note, it can take the shipping provider up to 24 hours to update the status your tracking number.
Due to COVID19 - Shipping times can be delayed depending upon warehouse, location and shipments. We're working as hard as possible to turn orders around and get them out to you.
We ship all orders in plain cardboard boxes or padded envelopes with no indication of the awesome smoking accessories inside. We do everything we can to ensure your package is discreet. It will not read “DopeBoo” anywhere on the outside of your package. DopeBoo" will, however, appear on your credit card statement. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!
We are expert shippers, and do everything we can to ensure your product arrives at your door in the exact same condition it leaves our fulfillment center. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, we will replace it with the same piece or an equivalent one that has been agreed upon between DopeBoo and the customer. A photograph of the item damaged in shipping must be sent to our support team before a return package will be sent out. DopeBoo must be informed of the break within three days of the package delivery.
If your item has arrived damaged, we will work to get you a replacement as fast as humanly possible!
