It Propels Personal Growth
Everyone has problems. And when you bring two people with problems together, there will undoubtedly be fights. But fights aren’t always a bad thing. In fact, sometimes, they reveal what you need to work on to be a better person and lover.
Before a conflict arises, consider hitting a bong with your partner to reduce stress. Then, take time to meditate on your own, either in stillness or perhaps while doing an activity (such as walking, hiking, or jogging).
You may be surprised to find that your brain works differently and that it is easier to piece together the puzzle of “you” — and maybe even your significant other. From a place of empathy, consider how you were conditioned from a young age to behave the way you do, and how your upbringing or personal convictions affect your relationship. Then, apply that wisdom to strengthen your relationship.
Be open and honest with your partner, and trust them to do the same.
