Infused Thai Curry Turkey Burgers (Paleo, Gluten Free)

Summer is fast-approaching. You know what that means… Soon, people across the United States will fire up their grills and host backyard BBQs. If you are one such individual, perhaps you should consider serving up these healthy and tasty flower-infused paleo turkey burgers.

Just imagine: over Labor Day weekend, a group of buddies and 420-friendly family members gather at your place. While the lemonade, chips, fruit, and buns are set out, you excite and entertain with your burger-making (and burger-flipping) skills.

Those who partake in the entree will appreciate that they are made with wholesome ingredients (non-allergenic), are packed with nutrition and, most importantly, will elevate the evening in a fun and tasty way.

Because the majority of infused munchies sold in stores are sickly sweet desserts, few people know that it is possible to infuse savory food. Not only is it possible, it’s pretty darn easy!

Thai Curry Turkey Burgers (Infused):

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10-15 minutes
Serving Size: 6 medium-sized burgers


1 lb ground turkey (thawed)
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 small onion, diced
1 1/2 medium bell pepper, diced
1 cup spinach, sliced
2 Tbsp Thai Curry spice
2 Tbsp coconut flour
2 tsp flax seed (ground)
2 1/4 tsp sea salt
3 Tbsp infused olive oil*

Optional Toppings:

sliced tomatoes


  1. Once your ground turkey is thawed, heat up 2 Tbsp infused olive oil in a medium-sized skillet. Turn to low-medium heat, add diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic.

  2. Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes, or until lightly browned. Next, add the sliced spinach; once softened, transfer sauteed vegetables to large bowl.

  3. Add ground turkey, coconut flour, flax seed, sea salt, and additional 1 Tbsp infused olive oil.

  4. Once well-combined, measure 1/2 cup of the mixture. Then, form it into a patty with your hands. Heat griddle or pan on medium-high heat. Add desired amount of olive oil (non-infused) to pan; cook each side 3-5 minutes.

  5. Transfer cooked burgers to a plate, covered with a paper towel. Serve to guests and enjoy!
